Survey of Library Visitors + Midline Evaluation
From January to March 2014, SOLIDARITAS conducted a quantitative survey of library visitors (using tablets as the means of collecting data) and a qualitative study for a midline evaluation of the PerpuSeru library support program funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. For the quantitative survey, SOLIDARITAS modified a survey template provided by the donor, designed the sampling methodology, managed the survey implementation by 17 specially-recruited field staff, and provided summary statistics to the program.
