Comprehensive support for the implementation of an innovative M&E system
From May 2014 to June 2015, SOLIDARITAS worked with a DFAT (Australia)-funded Knowledge Sector Initiative to implement various aspects of the program’s highly innovative M&E system, which places a heavy emphasis on M&E for management and internal learning purposes. Among other forms of support, SOLIDARITAS worked with the program (1) to develop and test a system to manage qualitative data contained in various program documents, (2) to develop a concept for a capacity development program
for M&E for program partners, (3) to conduct a small scale evaluation of communications training for
research organizations, and (4) to develop and implement a rubric-based organizational assessment as a
baseline of the status of program partners’ organizational development efforts.
