Data collection for an organizational capacity assessment (OCA) of health offices and health clinics

In early 2015 SOLIDARITAS implemented endline data collection for an organizational capacity assessment of health offices (dinas kesehatan) and health clinics (puskesmas) in 4 districts in Papua. SOLIDARITAS was responsible for refining the data collection instruments and approach, implementing the data collection using mobile technology, and producing final reports. SOLIDARITAS also supported the KINERJA program to think through ways to feed the information back to key stakeholders in local governments in a way that stimulated further improvement in management practices and public service delivery.
